Effective date: July 18, 2026
RackCall is a private field-judging tool for hunters. You photograph a deer, our AI estimates its score and age, and the app helps you decide whether to shoot. This policy explains, in plain language, what data RackCall collects, how it is used, where it is stored, who processes it, and how you can delete it. It applies to the RackCall web app at app.rackcall.com and to our iOS and Android apps.
RackCall is operated by an independent developer based in Texas, United States. Questions about this policy or your data go to support@rackcall.com.
We do not knowingly collect any data beyond what is described above. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not build advertising profiles.
If you choose Google sign-in, RackCall's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use the email, profile name, and account identifier from Google only to create and access your RackCall account. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service, and we do not use it for advertising.
RackCall is not a social network. There is no public feed, leaderboard, or sharing feature. The photos and scores in your account are visible only to you — no other RackCall user can see them. We do not make your bucks public.
RackCall staff can access accounts, photos, scores, and the technical records of each AI scoring request (the instructions sent to the model and its raw response) through an internal administration tool. This access exists to run the service: to investigate a problem you report, to check whether the scoring model is behaving correctly, and to manage accounts and invitations. It is limited to a named allowlist of staff accounts, every administrative action requires a separate authenticated sign-in, and the tool is not available to other users. We do not browse accounts without an operational reason, and we do not use what we see for advertising or share it outside the purposes described in this policy.
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States (US East, Ohio region). We use the following processors solely to run the service:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your account data, photos, and scores for as long as your account is active. When you delete a buck in the app, it is removed from your account immediately (it no longer appears anywhere in the app); a copy is retained in private storage so an accidental deletion can be recovered. To have that data permanently erased, request account deletion by emailing us (below) — we then delete your personal data, photos, and scores from storage; because this is handled by email today, please allow a few business days, and we confirm when done. Security and audit logs are retained for a limited period for fraud prevention and troubleshooting, then discarded. Backups are rotated and expire on their normal cycle.
RackCall is intended for adult hunters and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will delete it. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Access to the app requires authentication, data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and stored on managed AWS infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your data to what is needed to run the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests at the contact below.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
