RackCall

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of RackCall, a private field-judging tool for hunters (the "Service"), operated by an independent developer based in Texas ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Estimates are unofficial. You make the call.

RackCall produces estimates. The scores, ages, confidence ranges, and any shoot, pass, or low-confidence suggestion the app shows are AI-generated approximations from photographs. They are not official Boone & Crockett scores, which require physical measurement by a certified measurer after a mandatory drying period. RackCall's numbers may be wrong.

Every decision to shoot or pass is yours alone. You are solely responsible for identifying your target, for confirming it is legal game, and for complying with all hunting laws, regulations, licensing, tags, seasons, bag limits, property rules, and firearm safety rules that apply to you. Do not rely on RackCall to determine whether a shot is legal, safe, or ethical. Never take a shot you have not personally confirmed is safe and lawful.

Invite-only accounts

RackCall is invite-only. Accounts are provisioned individually and are for your personal use. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your account or transfer access. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for its intended purpose and only for lawful hunting activity you are permitted to conduct.
  • Upload only photos you have the right to submit. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or others' private content.
  • Do not attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI scoring, and do not use it to run up automated usage.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service and to generate and improve your estimates, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not make your content public.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any estimate is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its estimates, including any hunting, legal, financial, or personal-injury outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the prior twelve months or fifty U.S. dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Service over time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
